Nine Lives Cat Cafe Recommendation Report
Appendix A: Local Study
For the experimental survey part of our research, the team utilized Google forms as the main component to graph and create 10 questions that best support our recommendations and research. The ten questions ranged from detailed yes or no questions, to multiple choice options. The data was then analyzed by the team and used to support our best collaborative recommendations that work most efficiently with the data given. To gauge the most accurate results, we set a goal of 50 respondents for our sample, however, we superseded our goal with 57 respondents instead.
As a team, we collectively orchestrated these 10 questions to ask college students their thoughts about Nine Lives Cat Cafe and what would draw them to buy a cup of coffee? These questions ranged from asking students about promotions, discounts, loyalty programs and media preferences. By utilizing this data, we are able to support and emphasize the most supported advice and recommendation by evidence.
