Executive Summary

           Nine Lives Cat Cafe seeks to attract a younger and more abundant audience to their coffee side of their business. This report will help Nine Lives by helping utilize the best collective recommendations based on the research and data that our team has objectively gathered. 

          This report provides recommendations that highlights utilizing social media, call-to-actions on loyalty programs and using community engagement to enhance coffee sales. This paper comprises parts devoted to research methods, recommendations, a review of the literature, and  appendices to support our findings and these recommendations.
