Introduction

          The Nine Lives Cat Cafe is actively seeking ways to boost its coffee sales. To achieve this goal, our team has been dedicated to researching optimal business strategies to engage and attract customers. Our primary aim in this research is to identify the most effective practices and industry trends for drawing more patrons into the cafe. Our team explored which business methods would be the most advantageous, such as social media marketing, loyalty programs, employing the help of Kelley School of Business marketing majors, and internal promotions.
